SIMTEC complies with the French regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data, in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 and the “Loi informatique et libertés” n°78/17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
As part of the Services, SIMTEC collects personal data in order to carry out and manage the Services and to make the invoices. The data collected in this context is as follows: surname-first name-postal address-contact details. The collection is based on the execution of the order or, where applicable, the Contract. SIMTEC is committed not to use the data collected for any purpose other than that stated above (unless required to do so by a competent judicial and/or administrative authority). The data is kept in an active database for the duration of the execution of the order or, where applicable, of the Contract or three (3) years from the last contact with the person concerned by the collection, and in an archive database for a period of five (5) years, the duration of the statute of limitations under common law.
The recipient of the data is SIMTEC. SIMTEC reserves the right to submit all or part of the personal data to its subcontractors for the purposes of the order or, where applicable, the Contract, and in particular the performance of the Service and/or the production of the Deliverables.
Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete or port their personal data. They may also request that the processing of their data be restricted or object to the processing of their data. They have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time.
